too weird to live ; too rare to die c:: R.I.P Lolita Buccat ♥

I started this to post things that made me happy, and in a way, this is something happy. My dad texted me that this lovely lady passed away. I hadn’t seen her in years. She used to take care of my brother and me, but then we grew up, and then she had grandchildren of her own to care for. I’ve always had fond memories of her. And lots of silly moments. And I’m glad she’s now at peace.

After I got my dad’s text, I Googled her, ‘cause in this world we live in now, that’s what we do. I found this post (I assume written by her grand daughter, who probably doesn’t remember me at all).

She looks a lot older than I remember (obviously), but it’s funny that in my head, I always picture her with a blue jacket…

RIP, Auntie Ebe. <3
